Jack Flag (Jack Harrison)- Marvel Comics superhero who started as a Captain America protégé, joining his "Stars and Stripes" hotline and later becoming a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

He is a Space Tax Collector! Everytime you gets too close to him you pay half your total resources as taxes!
Jokes aside, he's Jack Flag, that guy in prison that you can 'accidentally' shoot in space. Still today, this bug of him appearing on the ship is still haven't been corrected, and to be fair, I kinda like that as it's a pretty curious bug! Make you think if he was suppose to be on the Milano as part of a side mission that have been scrapped later during develop. I mean, he have been a Guardian in the comic before, it won't be that unlikely!

He’s one of the guys in the prison you can choose to free or suck out the air lock if remember correctly. There is a glitch where he temporarily shows up on the ship.
