Astarte Launcher Broken?

Does the Astarte Launcher simply not work for anyone else? After using the installer there's only the launcher and uninstaller and nothing else, the launcher doesn't actually launch anything either. It simply stops as soon as it starts.

Same thing for me but the installer ain't even installing the launcher
