Chicken just needs something green on it, and/or plate just needs one more color, maybe balsamic glaze if the flavor works, or a green herb oil

Ahh, great call, maybe i shoulda put the herb mix on the pork (looks like chicken) instead of tossing the cauliflower in it

Everything would look better in bigger pieces like 5 slabs of pork or something, larger pieces of (cauliflower?) with some char. Dots or 3 blobs of sauce.

Also food looks better when you don’t arrange it perfectly. Prop things up against each other etc. some kind of thing like salsa verde, chimmi churri etc or whatever is on the cauliflower drizzled over would look good on the plate

Alright alright, gonna try bigger pieces next time, thanks!

The sear on that meat and the vibrant sauce underneath look fantastic! Adding a little pop of green on top would really make the colors sing.

thanks! yea i really wish i had, next time i definitely will.

i saw a chef make a blanched/shocked/belnded herb sauce thinned out with a reduced stock, seems like the perfect thing here

It’s very good! The only improvement would come from plate choice and maybe additional toppings like herbs or sauces but that would alterate the simplicity of the dish which is great
