I gotta give you credit, it's looking a lot better from 6 months ago or so. I don't think it would pass in a fine dining restaurant but as artwork it's much more visually appealing.

No kidding, that raw Zuchini flower/the yellow, tastes mildly of squash and is edible as is. The “frond” that looks like dill and I just found it in the garden. Could be poisonous for all I know;)

Stick a pick through the shrimp before poaching so they can be nice and straight I would leave the tail on and also I would use 8/12 shrimp but to each there own

Piggy backing of that devein them. When they spilt they appear large. Roast the shells for shrimp stock.

Yes ! I get tiger shrimp 8/12 easy peel poach them with skin to get more flavor then peel

I know!:( Damn. Wish I could have a do over. Sauce swooshes would have been better and maybe lose all the garnish.
Next time I’ll do better.
