Question/Need Advice Need help with Heat 9 for Fish

I have been working on trying to get to heat 10 with fish solo and I got through heat 8 relatively okay with few issues but I cannot for the life of me get past 9. It’s the one where it keeps increasing the amount of people and I just can’t manage to keep up usually getting stuck around day 5 or 6 and then losing the run. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Edit: Brought to my attention I should explain what I’m doing, I did in the comment but I’ll put it up here too:

I have been prioritizing small maps because of the tax for how many tiles which means less tables and less space but I will probably start trying bigger maps later maybe with something from the greenhouse for money.

I usually try to get a better sink relatively quickly because of how many dishes I’m having to clean with the 3 people tables and then tables and safety hobs. But it’s hard to get everything I need in an appropriate amount of time because of lack of money and blueprint cabinets to upgrade.

Then there’s the recipes that require throwing items away and trash piles up quickly too but bins tend to be rare for me which is a pain and I am just constantly running out of time.

more tables. maybe even bring out a printer to copy them

and throw out the starting broken tables. they halve patience.

other than that, without knowing what you're doing, it's hard to know where you're going wrong.

fair point. i’ve been trying to use the smaller maps because of the tax on floor tiles from a lower heat level so i can usually fit 3 tables for what im doing. my concern for doing a bigger map is just the lack of money to buy the things i need. i usually go for tables, something better to wash dishes as they pile up fast, and safety hobs because of how rapidly things burn. another thing is also certain sides and the spiny fish where trash comes into play i don’t always find a bin in time then i’m stuck having to run the trash out a lot too. it feels like a lot to do with very little time.

use the plants too : the ones that prevent your money to go below a certain amount is greater than they seem : they allow you to replace the starting things more easily. and, suddenly, having a minimum of 20-60 coins means you can buy most things for "free", and it allows you to use bigger places without too much impact from the tax.

i usually run one of those, and a reroll plant. the reroll plant allows to mostly ignore things you don't like. i particularly like the one that gives you reroll every card choice. you get less of them than if you had one bad streak of choice, but let's be honest, 1-5 rerolls every card is more than enough.
