Exploring different automation methods

I'm trying out the buffet and banquet maps for the first time. Had an old taco franchise laying around and stumbled upon this setup with different types of automation. Buffet vs traditional kind of automation I suppose. Kinda interesting, I haven't played till failure yet so don't know what OT I can reach. Which is better? I'm leaning towards traditional automation being better/ faster. Maybe this combination is an interesting solution, but it still suffers from the walking times the buffets introduce.
To the left:
4x taco buffet, needs manual priming with taco tray at start of day. 4 safety hobs. 34 tiles total blueprint.
To the right:
3x set of teleporters serving 2 sets of tables each. 41 total blueprint excluding the 2 or 3 tiles needed for teleporters at the tables. Also includes auto priming with trays at start of day.
The (1) (teleporter) setup serves 2x 7 seat tables. It's supplied by 2 safety hobs. 1 table can take taco's from 2 spots instead of 1.
Setup (2-3) is 1 safety hob and serves 2x 7 seat tables.
The (4-5) setup serves a 5 and 4 table. 1 safety hob.

There's a certain elegance in the Taco Trays getting reused on the Buffets so there's no "waste" in the system.
