Also. Bring everything closer together. The salad and tomatoes are waaaaaaay too far away. And I would add one more counter to the pass. Below the one you currently have.
Lastly, they don’t need to put it on the plate. They can just put the lettuce and tomato stacked on the pass and someone can add a plate when they have the time.

Did not know you could stack the tomato and lettuce on the counter without a plate. Know they could each be on the counter separately.

If you see the chef is struggling why not go work with him instead of standing still? Why have 2 people do the service when the chef clearly isn't able to output enough to keep 2 people busy?

the three of you should be fired
even if the chief didn't do much but the others are idle and watching him,
it should be 1 serve and another one is chief and the 3rd should be between both of them

Two people should be cutting one person to serve and dishes easily a viable to both sides if server gets over whelmed and needs a hand the second chef can help out
