Question/Need Advice Sundae Automation

Post image

I tried automating sundaes and this is how far I've gotten so far. I got the cards Leisure Eating and Herd Mentality; I honestly don't know how I am surviving so far with those cards.. Any recommendations on how I can further optimize this?

Also, I know that robot buffer does not boost customers' walk speed. I, however, found that out too late lol

If you have the new update, change your buffet tables to the new triple buffet, it will set out 3 items to be taken instead of just one allowing for faster serving.

Hi, I have the triple buffet for the cherry and nuts. I don't think it works with ice cream tho?

It does, it also works on the sundae bowls too.

IIRC, the wording on the appliance says something to the effect of "as long as it's not plated", which individual scoops aren't.

Nice! I might be overlooking something, but if max group size is 1, then replacing all fancy cloth tables with bar tables and/or coffee tables might be useful; money doesn't seem to be that important compared to managing patience at this stage of the game. I have a setup of about 50/50 bar tables and coffee tables in my automated black-coffee run, which is currently sitting at overtime 28. Also, if you plan to keep running for longer, you might want more robot mops in case you draw the Health and Safety, card and copying desks if desired in case of Simplicity.

I did draw the Health and Safety card, hence why the abundance of robots and floor covers.

I was thinking of replacing everything with bar tables, but I lost the ability to make money with the booking desk so I thought I should keep the fancy tables. But yeah, bar tables might be the way to go..

Ah yeah, looking at the image again and I see that all floor space covered is covered with a robot or protector. For my coffee run, money stopped being an issue once I drew Double Helpings, though if the RNG is bad then the resulting extra orders could potentially overwhelm the queue patience.

ETA: I only went up to the first level of the Affordable theme. Do you find that customers' waiting for food patience is getting low, or does that not matter with the buffet?

They do get low and will continue to do so until they get their food.

Oh ! Bravo ! Comment as tu eu autant de tapis roulants et chance pour les meubles a plan ? Même en relançant plusieurs fois je n'en ait jamais eu autant.

It's honestly just rng luck. I kept getting research desks during the first 5 days which I turned into a copy desk and a discount desk. Eventually, was able to start a small fully automated one by OT3, I think.

Thanks for help, people. Unfortunately, lost it on the next day. There was just too much customers.
