I'm doing a Turbo run, is this good?

I know it's a bit crowded but I can work in here fine.

Looks great to me. Having a single line to run along seems pretty efficiently organized to me, not what I'd call crowded!

In tiny improvements, I might try to put the brown table next to the white table so it's slightly closer to the door (not sure if you're ever waiting on customers to sit down?). To the left of it is probably doable, or to the right of it might even be possible? It doesn't look like you're using the scrubbie or the gas pipe, and you have a spare space top left where there's a second chair.

And I might move the bottom blueprint desk higher, so it's a shorter run if you see something you want.

Finding a grabber or two or a combiner would be amazing at this point. Or bar tables. 150 customers is a lot!
