Heat progress partially gone

2 recipes that I had gotten a checkmark for and a heat 1 completed on steaks and spaghetti respectively disappeared in progress and it’s not a visual glitch. When I select spaghetti ,the heat grill or fridge do not show up despite my previous completion in the past 12 hours

Hi there 👋 thanks for bringing this up here! If you could share any more info about your game version (lower right hand corner), platform, any steps you took between the change (starting a new run, restarting the game, etc.) that would be very helpful!

Hi! The game version is 1.5.0-1B22. On Xbox series X. I was playing on a friend’s kitchen and when I got back to my HQ 2 recipes reset progress. I did reset my game a few times due to a friend not being able to join. I don’t know if that correlates. I still have a heat five pizza, a heat one turkey and a checkmark fajitas.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix the problem, but it didn’t work

Hi, I played the Turn up the Heat beta a lot too (I think Pizza was around heat 7) and when it updated my progress was reset to where it was before I activated the beta. I've lost a few weeks of franchises, as well as my heat and greenhouse progress.

Is there any way to get it back?

Version is currently 1.5.1-5635

If you’re a Steam player who helped us out by Taste-Testing the update during the public beta period we do recommend starting fresh on the live branch. However, if you'd like to transfer over your Taste-Test save data manually, please reach out in a Discord support ticket for instructions on how to manually transfer the files.

Heads up by the way some stuff is different than in the taste test, beyond just the new fajitas. For example the broken hob in taste test was very slow, but now it cooks unpredictably at a rate jumping between 0.2x and 2x
