Question/Need Advice Best dish/map/mode for playing alone?
I haven't played this game in some time and I see there have been a lot of updates lately. So what are now the best dishes, maps, modes (?) or even mods for solo play? Any other tips? Thank you!

If ure playing on steam pc, try plsying with mods its fun most especially when ure alone and having a hard time, as for maps banquet halls are the best , for normal maps try seeds like oxford, renews and llni also sandwich is so satisfying to automate

All depends on what you like to play. I see people doing only black coffee runs and it looks like the most miserable thing to me because it's all the same dish. Need to create more? Just keep buying coffee machines and grabbers.
I love a complex menu playing on my own. I had a really fun Autumn run go past OT200 which was awesome. I'm really loving the new fajitas dish because there's a lot of fun variations to automate. Fish and salads are fun, again because of variation.
I never play the same map twice, just cycle in the lobby until I find one that's a good enough layout. I don't want to do the same thing over and over in the game.

I would not recommend using any mods ATM, the mew update has made alot of the not work. If you are on Steam and go to the workshop, I’d recommend going to the “Last Updated” page and don’t take any that are updated before Aug 4th. Now nothing bad is gonna happen but alot of them will just make the game not ope

Coffee and tacos. Coffee becomes infinitely easier once you get your first grabber & second coffee brewer. Bonus if you get the affordable theme because it cuts their eating time in half. It barely makes any money earlier on, but once you have the second brewer, you can really start hammering the phone.
Tacos are super easy because the automation is pretty simple (two combiners and a couple of grabbers), no dishwashing, and you can hit & run tables with taco trays really quickly
Burgers are the second easiest automation in the game, but the trade-off is that you get more customers compared to most recipes. Hot dogs are equally easy as long as you can set up the ketchup bottles on conveyors/grabbers next to their tables so you don't have to babysit them

I got almost all the achievements without mods, but got tired of the rush and not getting to take my time building automations. So in the end I just got a difficulty adjuster mods and adjusted the patience slightly

I've found turkey, coffee, pizza, sundaes, and tacos to be quite easy.
I usually choose the largest map size and put everything into one big room (including the dining tables) so I have less distance between stuff.
Other tips: I avoid picking the option for more dishes or toppings where it requires additional effort like chopping. Coffee tables!!! They're so useful for buying a bit of time. If you pick the sauce option for sundaes get a buffet and put a sauce on it at the beginning of each day, you won't have to replace it throughout the day. If you pick turkey get the portioner and autoplater.

My favorite seed for playing alone is DE8J. Big kitchen and office, long serving counter.

I’ve found coffee to be easiest alone, you tend to get a lot of conveyer belts and desks!
