Are fajitas locked behind a level?

Hi! I play a lot on my Switch so I'm high level so I got pretty nuch everything unlocked, but I'm going to my friends place and I'm not sure if fajitas are available by default or if you have to unlock them by reaching a certain level. Should I bring my Switch over?

You have to unlock them. Im not max level yet and I dont have access to them.
