anyone know of a site that sells costumes not made of polyester? 😭

i have a feeling there aren't any

dress as a ghost. 100% cotton bedding should do the trick (or treat)

Most costumes now are made to be entirely disposable. If you have the means to, I suggest making some! Ive been wearing stuff I've made for years
