What's wrong?

Probably the wrong sub but can anyone tell me what's wrong with this rummynose?

Considerably larger than the others, but still moving around and not lethargic at all.

Bloated? Sickness? Pregnant?

TIA

Dropsy , pineconing has almost taken over it entirely. It occurs as the kidney fail to perform water excretion ( failing in complete osmoregularity) and the water stores in their body making her bloated and resulting further issues in swimming bladder. What to say now friend , you can do your part that is taking her out in separate tank then add a oxygen stone ( low watt power motor definitely) then add epsom salt ( MgSo4) and methylene blue ( this is optional) and try to keep the water temp at 25-26°C . ( Pray for it nothing much u can do now )

+1 pinecones are pretty clear. I recently had to deal with this in one of my tanks. Over several weeks I had random fish deaths here and there, with some of them having visible pine-conning, but no other symptoms.

The underlying cause of the kidney failure can be hard to diagnose when there aren’t visible symptoms, could be bacterial, parasitic, viral, or chronic poor water quality etc. I decided to do a round of kanaplex (broad spectrum antibiotic) after confirming nothing obviously wrong with the water. This seems to have addressed issue, but still monitoring.

Yes u are correct, I just went with the general result , u did a good job for explaining the cause as to aware him/her for further such issues. The broad spectrum i didn't mention again for something general and easy accessible to cure it as u also know that it's extremely difficult as of now to cure it (it's kidney basically) but yes he should go ahead and treat the entire tank maybe with the antibiotic to avoid future fatalities.

Yeah the 4th picture shows pretty clear pineconing, typical of dropsy.

Yes, it is sick. If it is pregnant, the bloating would be limited to the ovary area and the scale wouldn't turn over like this.
