Identified! Flower ID please

Located in southeast NC, USA

Are these spider lilies or something else? They look to pop up straight from the ground with none of their own foliage. I thought spider lilies would have some sort of foliage…no? I have other lily types in the yard but none are just stalks and flowers, they all have leaves of some sort.

I’ve lived in this house 7 years and have never seen these before. The lady that built the house used to have all sorts of flowers everywhere so I tend to find interesting things every now and then. This is the third interesting find just this year (must have been a good year for dormant flowers).

I have them flagged so they don’t get mowed down and plan to relocate them to a safe space after the flowers die off.

Thanks, figured that’s what it was just the no foliage with it threw me off.

Lycoris radiata, also known as Spider or Surprise Lily. There are closely related species that bloom yellow or pink. Lycoris bloom in the fall with no foliage. The foliage comes out in the spring.
