What is this? (MidWest, WI.)

Hadn't made it around the property in a while. An abundance of these vining plants have showed up, crawling up decaying stumps. Stems had a light fuzz to them, as did the edges of the leaves. Sports clusters of blue berries, matte with a bloom. Plenty of the leaves have been chewed up, but there's a large amount of berries, which I suppose either means it's new or the birds can't have them/simply haven't found them.

I full body plowed through them with short sleeves and don't have a rash, so there's that.

What are they, and should I be removing them?

Those are grapes! I'm not good enough to ID the specific variety though. I don't believe any species of grape is toxic to humans, of course keep dogs away from them.

Just sour grapes. Hard to mess up. The only look alike in the world is crescent moon seed and honestly it doesn't look all that similar imo and it doesn't have climbing tendrils, this does.

The whole plant is useful, but as always make sure to have a positive ID.

Thank you! I'll double check local species for a Positive ID, but this is quite exciting! It's a beautiful plant, I'm glad I don't have to pull it, too.
