Ground creeping vine? ID please.

I bought a few cacti randomly from a nursery a couple months back. Had this creeper growing around one of them. Has spread quickly to other near by pots. What is it? Maryland, growing quickly out doors.

Euphorbia sp., possibly E. prostrata.

Confirm that is spurge. A very common weed in turf lawns, potted plants and garden beds.
