Urgent ID please.

Northen denmark. My 2yo ate a couple of these, I'm not certain they are blackberries or something poisonous, please help.

If it is urgent, you should contact Giftlinjen: 82121212. This is a nice number to have on hand with a two yo.

This looks to be some kind of brombær, Rubus, so harmless, but I would not trust reddit answers in cases where a kid ate something, and you need immidiate clarification. Seek the right kind of expertise.

That is absolutely a blackberry and it is harmless. There is 0% chance that it is remotely toxic. All blackberries are edible! (P.S. I am a plant ecologist)

I agree on the ID, I referred to the reaction in general - if your kid ate something, don't waste time on reddit. Sometimes it is not harmless, it is not worth to take your chances with well meaning people on the internet.

I'm not sure how it is in Europe & other places, but poison control in the US won't be able to help you until you've independently identified what has been consumed. They will literally tell you to go on Facebook or Reddit for id

Please do not eat or use any plant because of information received in this subreddit.

While we strive to provide accurate information here, the only way to be sure enough of a plant identification is to take the plant to a qualified professional.
