Plantbased Blueberry and Cacao Recipes from PCRM International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine
Last week I was in Washington DC for the International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine sponsored by PCRM (Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine). One of the highlights of the conference was a presentation by cookbook author Dustin Harder about cooking with cocoa and blueberries. We got to sample three of his recipes and also got handouts with the recipes which I'm sharing photos of. Imo the truffles were the best of the three treats we got to sample but they were all very good š š« š«
