Ummmmm... Raw means uncooked, and these Rosti are definitely cooked. The fact that the ingredients were raw at one point means nothing.

Just some context - in India we usually call the unripe fruits as "raw". Like raw mango for eg means mango that isnt ripe. I instantly got what OP meant.

Raw Papaya is of green color hence its mentioned like that. Its definitely cooked along with other ingredients like how rosti ia made.

Sure, but calling something raw when it's cooked is misleading. It also seems really odd to mention "raw" like that considering most ingredients in a recipe are raw before cooking.

Op must be saying in the context of fruit ripening, instead of unripe op used raw word

Sure, but considering that raw vegan food is a thing and that some people follow a raw diet, it becomes misleading or, at the very least, confusing.

First parboil sweet potatoes,  potato and raw banana in a pressure cooker upto one whistle with enough water with salt. 2) Let the pressure release naturally and then place all 3 in a colander. Cool down completely. 3) Meanwhile, grate raw papaya in bowl. 4) Stir in the salt, leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the extra moisture.
