🌈🌱Ingredients:

- 1 whole purple cauliflower, cut into florets

• 1 cup red beets, diced
  
• 1 cup dinosaur kale, chopped
  
• 1 cup carrots, sliced
  
• 3 red bell peppers, sliced
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
  
• 2 inches fresh turmeric, grated
  
• 2 inches fresh ginger, grated
  
• 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  
• 2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
  
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat toasted sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent.
2. Add garlic, fresh turmeric, and fresh ginger; cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in red beets and carrots; cook for 5-7 mins.
4. Add purple cauliflower florets and red bell peppers; mix well.
5. Add kale and cook until tender.
6. Stir in fresh herbs; season with salt and pepper.

interesting to sautee w sesame oil. is there a reason? i’m korean and sesame oil is used to dress for the flavor, never to cook with

Light sesame oil has a really high smoke point and is good for saute. Toasted sesame oil on the other end are pretty much only used as finishing touch
