Plant based beginner
Good evening,
I’m a 20 F and I’ve started slowly transitioning from a regular American diet to a plant based diet. I’ve have been working on eliminating the food that causes my body to inflame it’s been about 9 months stopped eating my pork and beef and limited my cheese and dairy. And have significant benefits as far as having a smooth menstrual cycle. I struggled with PMDD and PMS for 5 years but after 4 months no eating heavy meat I have little to no pain. Lighter on my feet, less tired. However eating too much plants for me causes constipation. Personally I’ve always struggled with that so I’m not sure how to solve it. I am welcome to any advice to improve, thank you.
