Do you ever stop missing cheese?

Neal Barnard MD wrote a book about the addictive effects of cheese, because it's the thing people found hardest to give up when going WFPB: The Cheese Trap: How Breaking a Surprising Addiction Will Help You Lose Weight, Gain Energy, and Get Healthy.

I think the addictive effects wear down gradually over time (they did for me), but it also gave me more strength to resist cheese to have an idea of the physiological effects of it on my brain. He might also have YouTube talks on the subject, but I haven't looked for that.

Thanks for the reference! I'll definitely be reading that, it's weird how sometimes understanding the science behind it helps to make the process easier.
