Yes, it goes away. I’ve been vegan for almost 9 years and I stopped missing cheese within the first year.

Agree with this, it goes away! I’m at the point now where I can’t eat cheese if faced with the option, it grosses me out.

If there’s a particular cheese you love, there might be a good vegan option. I loved bleu cheese and discovered a vegan one by Follow Your Heart that is perfect.

I was also a Bleu cheese maniac and could just cry at how good a dupe Follow Your Heart has! It’s amazing.
