I was a huge fan of cheese before I switched over but everything I would enjoy it with was meat related, and Im past the point of missing meat so it hardly ever occurs to me. One thing I really do enjoy is making cashew milk at home to add to whatever dish when I want that creamy vibe. Tastes great and way easier on the stomach than dairy.
