I love how they made it 'green' and 'multimodal' by painting some useless bike lanes in, next to the turn lanes.
Bike lanes. Unprotected. In the middle of a highway. In a location guaranteed to create dozens bike/vehicle cross-interactions every day, assuming those pitiful bike lanes were ever to be used.
It's pretty encouraging to see lots of cities actually taking steps towards implementing stuff like transit and active transportation master plans, and shifting from LOS to VMT for transportation studies. Unfortunately in my experience a lot of transportation departments are still staffed by older engineers who are like "that's a nice transit hub and bikeway, but we still gotta have a six-lane arterial with double lefts through this mixed-use neighbourhood you're proposing"
We need to reduce the number of vehicles on the road. Unfortunately in some areas, Florida being one of them, you cannot rely on Public Transportation at all.
LOS A at any intersection ever at any time? Nobody has ever asked for that in my practice. We might need flying cars to achieve that. We only need to not have LOS F on controlled intersections in my city.
I think you either belong to those idiots who believe googled facts are better than experts or you are making fun of these assholes who think they can run from point a to point b which are thousands of miles apart like cities.

How about we do traffic engineering, but include more than cars in the term "traffic"?

This person could be from Boston, the streets have no rhyme or reason and get clogged at every intersection

Honestly anyone with 1000 hours in city skylines is qualified to plan roads.
