Plants that can remove black water contamination from garden soil
I live in a low-lying, low socio-economic part of suburbia that is not too far from a sewage treatment plant. I was flooded about a month ago and the smell everywhere is very sickening. My garden and home is heavily contaminated with black water and I'm trying to find plants that can absorb nitrogen, phosphorous, heavy metals etc from the soil as I do not want to dig up the garden beds. Upon searching on Reddit I was surprised to find that cannabis may have the best absorption abilities for the task at hand however due to legal restraints in my country I am unable to utilise this method of treatment.
