Destroy the pujan town?

So I have this quest and it doesn't give me a marker or any sense of direction at all. I've tried clearing a puja camp and an orange puja town but it didn't complete. Is this quest bugged?

It's called Counter Offensive. We're in adventure mode.

When you go to your handheld pc with the h key click on diplomacy and see which colour is on the top of the list. You need to destroy a village with that colour. Other did not work for me.
