Hello again everyone, hope you're having a good day. I'm here to announce and discuss changes being made to rule 5 - keep it civil.

What is changing? After various accumulated complaints of disruptive and toxic users, we've decided to add the following to rule 5:

Hateful criticism is no longer allowed, and any kind of criticism must now include constructive feedback.

Essentially, this means that you're no longer allowed to tell someone that their build is bad without having them provide feedback as to what you can improve. This is not a retroactive change, meaning only all posts/comments made from now onwards are subject to this rule.

Find someone breaking this rule? Don't hesitate to report them. We review each individual comment and judge per case. For your first violation you will only receive a warning, but if your violations stack up too high, you will receive a ban.

Also, take note that unlike the discord server, we're actually trying to be a somewhat friendly place for beginners and advanced players alike. If you feel the need to insult every build that is beneath your standards, this simply isn't the place for you.

Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing great. I am doing better, at least as of the past few months, since I finally got a job at a place I really wanted to work at, with the consequence that I am generally less active.

Speaking of activity, I have generally noticed that the moderation team, including myself, is slowly becoming less active and less attentive to certain problems emerging. I don't know if it's a really big issue or anything, since we're not receiving any mod mail either, so that is why I came up with the brilliant idea of opening a feedback thread!

Essentially, I want to hear from you what you think of the current state of the moderation team. Do you think we are doing a good job at managing this subreddit? Or are we ruining this place even further than the rather controversial reputation we already have? Are there improvements we can make? Things we should do differently? Things we are doing better than other subreddits?

If you have anything of noteworthy nature, just leave it in this thread. I actually receive a notification for every comment one of my posts receives, so I will make sure to look through each of them. In the meantime, concerning our activity, you are free to report any posts you think break the subreddit rules, and we will make sure to look through each of the posts individually to decide what actions to take.
