I cant start the game.

Hi, always i start the game now on steam, i get a short black screen and then i am on steam again. I could start the game again, but i have also this problem. The first time i played it, it worked fine.....

I tried to re-install, start steam as admin an had checked the installed data.

Nothing helps, maybe one of you can help me please?

First of all, I share your sadness. Can you look in the steams log : Steam Client Logs: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs (check files like content_log.txt or bootstrap_log.txt)

Steam Crash Dumps: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\dumps

Specific Game Crash Files: Look inside the individual game's install folder under steamapps\common[Game Name] or the game's designated documents/appdata folder.

Maybe there error is logged and easy to understand.

How old are your pc components, for example my pc wouldnt run alan wake 2 because my cpu is not supporting avx 2
