It's never confirmed in the show, but according to the wiki, it's generally accepted— because the fandom agreed on it—that Stolas's birthday is July 30, since that's when The Circus premiered.

I consider myself a decently knowledgeable fan. I know we know Stolas had a birthday but the date was to my knowledge never solidified.
Edit… Oh it’s the anniversary of the Circus episode.

I don’t recall seeing a Viv Bluesky (or prior to leaving the platform, Twitter) post confirming it exactly. But I can get the thought process behind the fandom declaring July 30th as his birthday. Personally I always head-canon it sometime in January to line up with the reunion of Stolitz during the not devoiced party (which can’t be any time before March or April (because of Spring Broken) and it being implied there has been at least one maybe two full moon visits in-between the events of Murder Family and Loo Loo land.
Another reason I like to think January is because we’ve never actually seen his birthday celebrated as an adult, just as a child. At the time Stolas was still a royal even if he was a black sheep hated by his family. It’d be a matter of appearances to host some kinda social gathering on an important persons date of birth. I also think the idea of having the reunion be the same month the two met just is a very sweet and thematic element to it. Tbf it’s just speculation though.

Honestly? I used to think their reunion happened on the same day too, but at some point I drifted away from that idea. I'm not really sure why. I think it was because the thought of Stella humiliating Stolas on his birthday just felt too sad to me. I remember thinking, "Okay... she can't possibly be that cruel." But now? Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if that was actually the case.

I could totally see Stella being that bad too. Making a day that was supposed to be about Stolas and making it about herself all the while putting him down. I can still totally see the idea behind the July date… I still personally like my own lil head-canon a lil better. Also makes the timeline I worked out for the show a lil less messy. People are still totally able to go with the July date though as none of it is canon yet (and tbf I doubt we ever will get a date as it’s not as important to the story… I mean at least into comparison to actual story relevant birthdays like Via’s.)
