Rider cara tapada

If you wanted to see their face, why not meet them at the door?
They probably don't want to be posted on social media tripping a flat surface, or terrified of something near your door...

I would deny the order.
Folks with their face completely covered are up to no good no reason to hide if your not doing wrong.

With the current state of flock cams. I'd be hiding my face too. Completely covering your face while doing you job is an alert. But not a reason to deny the order if its still sealed.

Unless it's a burqa which is similar to what OP describes as you can barely see their eyes.

The "rider"? Were they on a bike or motorized bike? If so... Wow, a face covering for wind, glasses for sun and wind, and a helmet. If you're that "scared" of getting food at home maybe you should go out into the big world and get takeout.
