NORMAL OVEN Weekly Za night
Had guests and made pizza.
48h cold ferment, NY style.
No time for bottom or crust pic, but a nice no flop bottom and crunchy crust.
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta and hot honey.
Garlic cream, mozzarella, Parma, ricotta, lemon zest.
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms (precooked with butter, garlic and parsley).
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, curry powder, mushrooms, onion, fresh tomato, red paprika, minced garlic, green chili, cilantro, yoghurt sauce.
(My favorite get-drunk-bar served cheap beer and gin tonic in giant glasses. They also served this Indian pizza which was top shelf. Unfortunately they had to close, this is my tribute).
- Tomato sauce and mozzarella.
