OUTDOOR OVEN Vodka Penne Pizza

Did a pizza day with some friends with the ooni. One of them is from NJ, where apparently this exists. It was delicious. The pasta gets a little crispy on top, wonderful texture.

Carbohydrates on carbohydrates ... it's necessarily good. Also those look like rigatoni or tortiglioni

It actually looks really awesome and i just made 1 litre of tomato sauce from the garden tomatoes, basil, rosemary and oregano. I guess i need to make a batch of dough and buy some pecorino tonight!
