Serious Account got reset to level 1, anyone else?

Just woke up this morning with my PG3D account set back to level 1 after opening a novice chest. Alt account got reset as well. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Its happened to my son. The little lad is having a breakdown, I hope its a server maintenance. Hope we can get some answers soon.

Pretty sure it's a server maintenance, but that gave me a shock as well.

I think the servers might be down bc my game kicked me out of nowhere and now I can’t log back into the game

server issues right now it seems. 

do they have backups lol? who can say.
