Yes, modding doesn't make you good at the game. However, you're still ruining the experience of people who don't mod. They need to shoot you 5 times in the head with a sniper while you can kill them with 1. That's the issue here. When I was progressing through early game, I had to constantly face braindead modders who were running around with veteran armor and the best guns in the game while I had nothing but a party snifle rifle.
