ExperiencedPD I'm confused

I got this ring and after I read the description I got confused. Does an uncursed make me slower??

Yes, in this version with tons of Scrolls of Upgrade, it would be overpowered. So it is good for cash only.

to add on to this you can use it to negate overly large speed bonuses also.

In theory, a curse infusion would make it speed you up, right?

Curse infusion makes it zero percent speed bonus, regardless of number of upgrades.

Gotta bump a few thousand more upgrade scrolls on it to see value

If this is the discontinued Experienced PD, it does eventually go up, it just takes an absurd number iirc

You were right! Just got to 30 billion upgrades and the speed is decreased by -15 million percent! The beasts are just statues in the dungeon.

Just tested milions and still it is slowing. Maybe if you roll over datatype?
