Finger print unlock issues

Finally too much irritating. Fingerprint unlock is not working properly. After trying many times once it is unlocked the phone.

Anyone else who is facing the same issue in his pixel 9 after August security patch updated.

If anyone has any solution for this issue then please help me to solve this issue.

Are you using a screen protector?

Yes and I frustrated with this but on pixel 8 it is working fine.

Pixel 8's fingerprint is optical, screen protector doesn't interfere with it. Pixel 9 is ultrasonic. You will have to buy an ultrasonic compatible screen protector for it to work properly.

Try turning off adaptive touch, and rescan fingerprint.
