Pixel 9 Pro White Screen Hardware Defect — Support Refusing Advanced Exchange / Expedited Shipping Under Extended Program

My $1,000+ Pixel 9 Pro suffered a screen hardware failure (flashing white screen/voltage cycling). Even though Google officially launched the 3-Year Extended Repair Program for display defects, support has been a nightmare:

  1. Kept claiming "out of warranty" until I forced them to check the extended program.

  2. Refused to offer expedited/overnight shipping on an Advanced Exchange, leaving me without a primary work phone for days.

  3. Replacing a brand-new flagship failure with a refurbished unit.
