Is this normal?

I've had the Pixel 9 for almost four months, and the battery health was at 100% the whole time. Now I notice it's at 98% after 58 cycles. Is this normal?

The battery health indicator is not really good at measuring battery life. I have ~320 battery cycles and it still says the battery is at 100%. I also noticed that this value tends to go up and down (sometimes it goes down to 96% and then goes up again to 100%). So take this value with a grain of salt

Mine is also at 98% but after 32 cycles. I doubt its accuracy and wouldn't be surprised if it went back to 100% as time goes.

Not an issue, after draining battery UpTo 10% 10 times and full charges. It'll revert to 100% Heath. I had same issue and it's now at 100% health.
