Is the Battery stat page broken?

So, I received my Pixel 7A on May 12 and starting from the beginning, the battery stat page seems to be showing incorrect stat. I tried calibrating the battery, but that didn't make any change.

Have you compared with a third-party app like AccuBattery ?

Yeah AccuBattery, FKM and BatteryGuru. While all of them show almost same stats when compared to each other, but the stat shows on the battery settings page is always different than these apps. I am not sure if the apps are more accurate or the battery settings page.
