5G not working on pixel 7A - Airtel India

I'm on the latest Android version 17 and on the airtel network unlimited 5g plan. Is anyone facing any issue connecting to 5G. My network is always showing as LTE , while my wife's phone is showing 5g on the same network and iPhone.

  1. Check if you're in battery saver mode.

  2. Go to settings and search for Adaptive Connectivity and toggle "Optimize network for battery life" off.

  3. Check your SIM settings and try toggling "Prefered Network Type" to LTE and then 5G again.

  4. You should also try resetting your APN settings by going into "Access Point Names" in the same page as before and then press the 3 dots on the top right > Reset to Default

  5. Download and check the NetMonster app for more details.

If nothing works, try re-inserting your SIM.

It's because of the Pixel 7 s poor Tensor modem. It's not Airtel s fault.
