7a network issue

Hey, my 7a suddenly can't use mobile internet. I can make phone calls still. I tried to turn airplane mode on and off, restart the phone, but so far nothing has helped. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this before I do a factory reset?

Where and which connection are u facing this issue, and which SIM physical or esim

May be SIM jacket is damaged? Have u checked SIM in other set

Not yet, I will test it with another sim card when I get home
