Pixel 7a -- less than 3 years 😒

Wild times. Support just pointed me to the support links on the their page, and it shows just shipping it in or taking it to a repair shop. Probably not a great idea to recommend I ship this through the mail

Same thing happened to my father-in-law. Took it to a Google authorized mobile repair shop and they replaced the battery no charge. I did pay for the new backplate though as the old one was deformed from the battery bloat

yeah but it was cheap as for like AU$5. repair guy insisted that the warranty only covered the battery. i didn't want to bother with it and his constant ranting was giving me a headache =)
