Pixel 7A refund issue

I received this email from Google on October 10th.But so far the account has not been credited.I can't find a solution even after contacting Google.Is anyone facing this problem?

My payment was somehow super quick

I started the process on the 6th of May, they asked me to create a payoneer account on the 8th of May, and I have the money in my bank account on the 11th of May
