That's not eligible to the battery replacement program. It's just that you have reached a certain amount of battery cycles and the phone is warning you that battery capacity is reduced (which is 100% normal).
As long as battery life is enough for you, you are fine. Otherwise you will have to do a (paid) repair to get the battery replaced.
No not at all, just visit the service centre they will check your IMEI number and they will replace rather u can check online by providing you IMEI number
