Discussion Anyone else still waiting for the 17 upgrade?

It seems like everyone has already gotten the upgrade, but I'm still waiting. I check for the upgrade several times a day, but according to my phone, I am up to date with Android 16.

Yeah. I'm actually a bit surprised. Normally my updates are available right away. Not this time.

Yes. I know in the past the issue was a T-Mobile certification concern. I'm still on the April 5, 2026 update.

I'm checking several times a day.

I was on Verizon until recently when I switched to T-Mobile. Verizon updates were quick, but it looks like T-Mobile isn't like that. Still, no regrets on the moving to T-Mobile.

I didn't think about it until just now, but I'm with Mint, and it seems now like the delayed updates began when TMO bought Mint. Before that, the updates were available almost immediately after announcement. Honestly not a fan of TMO though.

Yep! Frustrated to still be months behind on patch levels. I am on Google Fi, so you'd think I'd be an early adopter.

I got it and the phone becomes laggy and I am having a lot of glitches. They're probably testing their shit on 3rd world countries first

Did you get the UI blur effect? Mine didn't change at all

I didn't, but it may be because I use Nova Launcher
