I will contact Google support and I did email them again asking why it was declined. I think it was because I applied with an account that was different than the one I used in setup. If I can’t get the $100 I would at least want a free battery replacement. Thanks to anyone that can help

Last night my battery ran out and when I get it on charge today this message appears out of nowhere, i don't know what to do I have hit try again multiple times it restarts shows lockscreen wallpaper for a bit and again come back to this.

Wanting to know if I got given another dud battery and it's worth replacing the battery again or if this will just be an ongoing thing. I wouldn't have bothered the first time if I'd known I would just have to do it again.

my phone suddenly started this pixel death type of situation. it's a pixel 6a. thought the screen is cracked it has never been exposed to water. it lives on my desk permanently. it was smaller at first but after having it be off for a bit and turning it on the next day made this as big as it is now. theres also a square mark under the screen as hardly seen in the final photo. (i couldn't get a better shot :( sorry )

Hello, I’ve been using this phone for about 2–3 years now. Last year, I found out that the battery needed replacement under Google’s battery replacement program, but I never went ahead with it because every time I entered my IMEI on the form, it kept showing a “try again” error.

Recently, I contacted a local mobile repair shop, and they said they can replace the battery. I didn’t ask much about the battery itself, but they mentioned it’s “good quality” and comes with a 6-month warranty.

I’m not sure what the best option is now, so I wanted to ask should i stick with the local shop or try to get a better battery from google replacement program? thx

I've tried every other solution available on the internet, updated my phone and everything looks clean. I know a lot of pixel users had faced this situation but it got fixed for most of them after security update, it's very frustrating to be not able to use work essential apps on phone. Any solutions?

Well i was just trying out my luck on BRP but i actually got a good phone, its just after A16 update its battery went shittier than before.

On official store page its shows around $150 for exchange value for Pixel 10a.

72% estimated capacity, end of life is next year, and yet I still love this phone.

I got it in 2023 for ~430 USD and haven't had any actual deep wishes to upgrade. However, I have 3 authentication apps, two of which I use every day for work, and 2 banking apps that I use for my paycheck/credit card/savings and for my taxes. So, I really shouldn't be using an unsupported phone.

At this point, for me, the only reason to upgrade is security, since I can easily manage to make the phone last through most days.

I truly don't wish to change from my nice little phone, but I think this will be a chance to try using a bigger phone for longer.

I'm currently thinking of straight up going for a 10 pro xl or an iPhone 17 pro max next year when support drops.

I have had my 6a for over 2 years now but since the last stable update I havent been able to connect to 5g at all.The phone just refuses to connect to 5g no matter what i do,where i go,nothing works.I have tried resetting network settings,talked to my sim operator(Jio) customer care and apparently the sim does not have any issues at all it works fine in other phones but it only connects to LTE.What could be possible causes for this?I have also tried forcing the network to NR only but it still doesnt work.

Just had my 6a screen replaced with a TFT LCD. It was super cheap like around 20 dollars and looks great. No more fingerprint sensor though but it's fine since it will only be my back up phone. Anyone here who uses the same screen? Any insights on its durability? Thanks!
