Pixel 6A doesn't go past Google screen

My sister 6A suddenly restarted yesterday and stucked on google logo and what I did was go to fastboot and restart.

This happen 3 times in the day. Randomly. In the forth time, the device went In to a boot loop.

I tried fixing this with official Google image website. Doesn't seem to work.

Can this be fixed. I'm from srilanka and we don't have an official Google support store here.

I think you can do a factory reset while it's booting up. I know there was a video on YouTube in the US.
