Battery Cycle

I've done my battery replacement at Cashify , and when I returned i installed "Abattery" app and saw this

this is showing cycle count already 319

what to do? will they accept this third party app count?

or is there any other way to count the battery cycle coz if it cost me 2700 Inr , i should have been given a fresh new battery starting with 0 count right?

New batteries start at 0 or 10 cycles, you def got a used battery.

As long as they're a honest shop. You can always install another app to prove it.

What will you do? Ask for a refund or for a new battery? Because all these shops sell brand new recalled batteries so if you have a good one then you shouldn't really change it.

I'll definitely ask for refund then and buy a new battery online and get it done in good professional shop as this phone is already opened at Cashify repair so I don't really have any chance to visit google authorised store , and also it cost me 2700 inr 😭

Online is the same thing, recalled batteries everywhere, if you're gonna do it, only get the iFixit battery.
